Job summary

Gong, a leader in revenue intelligence, is seeking a Manager of the New Logo Acquisition team in Dublin. You will build and scale a 5-7 hunter team focused on winning net-new logos and driving ARR growth.

You'll recruit, coach, and align cross-functional partners to ensure a strong pipeline, rapid deal closure, and a superior post-close handoff. Hybrid role with office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience leading net-new software sales teams.
• Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement as manager and individual contributor.
• Experience managing full-cycle Account Executive KPIs (win rate, cycle time, ACV, pipeline).
• Experience operating in a land-and-expand model with expansion/account management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a team of net-new Mid-Market Account Executives focused on hunting and closing new logos.
• Develop and coach sourcing, sales, product, and industry skills each rep needs to win deals.
• Build and refine a clean, repeatable handoff process for post-close.
• Motivate team members and drive high performance through leadership.
• Regularly report on team and individual results with a focus on new-logo volume, ACV and pipeline generation.
• Identify improvements in prospecting process, deal velocity, win rate and efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing, SDR, and Sales Engineering to ensure pipeline and technical support.
