Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior Consultant for Professional Services in Dublin to lead activation engagements across Enterprise customers. You will own discovery, design, strategy, and governance workstreams, collaborating with Engagement Managers and Architects to deliver trusted, enterprise-grade solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in go-to-market consulting, strong cross-functional communication, and experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems. Some travel within EMEA (<5%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience within a go to market organisation or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience in forecasting, sales engagement platforms, pipeline management or revenue operations.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills across technical, commercial and operational teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-moving environments.
• Proven understanding of core revenue generating activities and sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, design, strategy, and business and privacy workshops across activations.
• Lead workshops to surface business requirements and define configuration/adoption approaches.
• Translate forecasting and revenue practices into enterprise platform solutions.
• Develop enterprise-grade presentations, process maps and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engagement/Technical/Program Architects to progress workstreams.
