Job summary

McKesson’s Corporate is seeking a Program Manager for the New Hire Experience in Ireland. You will design and deliver an end-to-end onboarding journey, coordinating HR, facilities, IT, security, and other partners to welcome new colleagues and ensure they are productive from day one.

The role requires 4+ years in programme management, strong executive presence, and proven ability to lead multi‑team initiatives in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programme or project management in large, complex enterprises.
• Experience leading onboarding or employee experience programmes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional New Hire Experience programme with multiple parallel workstreams.
• Create and maintain an enterprise view of the end-to-end new hire journey.
• Drive execution, issue resolution, and escalation in a fast-paced environment.
• Standardise onboarding playbooks, workflows, and hand-offs across teams.
• Coordinate readiness across workspace, devices, access, and orientation.
• Establish governance forums, cadences, reporting, and ownership of outcomes.
• Define measures of experience, readiness, and quality, using insights to prioritise improvements.
• Provide senior leaders with concise reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Embed continuous improvement by acting on new hire feedback.
• Promote inclusive, accessible onboarding across locations and roles.
