Job summary

McKesson Cork is seeking a Program Manager, New Hire Experience to design and oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for new colleagues. You will coordinate across HR, Facilities, Asset Management, Technology Support, Security and other partners to welcome, equip and connect new hires from day one.

You will lead governance, measure readiness and transaction quality, and provide senior leaders with concise, evidence-based updates on progress and improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programme or project management experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading enterprise onboarding, employee experience, or service delivery programmes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional New Hire Experience programme with multiple workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
• Create and maintain an enterprise end-to-end new hire journey from offer through onboarding to role integration.
• Drive execution, issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation in a fast-paced environment.
• Standardise onboarding playbooks, workflows, service expectations, roles, responsibilities, and hand-offs across teams.
• Coordinate readiness across workspace, access, devices, systems, and manager preparation.
