Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst in Ireland to lead customer onboarding and partnership initiatives. You will drive design discussions, oversee onboarding and implementation, and ensure delivery aligns with Mastercard standards.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams, document delivery processes, and mentor junior staff while focusing on customer success and practical execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development and OO design.
• Experience with React, Node.js, NPM or Webpack.
• Strong software architecture and solution design capabilities.
• Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer solutions.
• Payments or financial services experience is desirable.
• Proven experience leading customer implementations.
• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
• Drive customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
