Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead customer onboarding and partnerships, driving technical design, onboarding programs, and ongoing support while ensuring compliance with Mastercard standards. You will work with business and tech stakeholders to define scope and deliver robust solutions.

Responsibilities include mentoring juniors, coordinating across product, engineering, and commercial teams, and maintaining clear technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading customer implementations and onboarding programs.
• Strong Java development and OO design skills with cloud-aware delivery.
• Proven ability to align business goals with technical solutions within payments/fintech.
• Ability to coordinate across product, engineering and commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
