Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, profitability and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets and potential revenue streams.
• Set clear commercial objectives and ensure sales targets are communicated and achieved.
• Manage, motivate and develop a nationwide team of Sales Representatives.
• Establish clear performance expectations, monitor results and support continuous improvement.
• Build a proactive, accountable and commercially focused sales culture.
• Work closely with Branch Managers to maximise sales opportunities across the retail network.
• Ensure branch teams have product knowledge, tools and support to drive sales.
• Strengthen collaboration between branch teams and the wider sales function.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with the wider business to optimise product ranges, brand positioning and promotional activity.
