Elite Talent Hub is seeking a Branch Manager for our client's Dublin South branch to lead daily operations and drive growth in building materials, plumbing products and DIY supplies. You will manage a small team, optimize stock, and ensure exceptional service to tradespeople and DIY customers.

Responsibilities include setting targets, nurturing relationships with customers and suppliers, and maintaining Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong sales background, ideally in building materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and provide creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch, setting clear targets and ensuring they are consistently met.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
