Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager for a busy branch in Limerick. You will lead daily operations, drive commercial performance, and ensure top-notch customer service while managing people, stock, and budgets.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain stock control, and uphold health, safety and compliance standards across the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy retail branch.
• Strong budgeting, stock control and reporting skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operation of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Take responsibility for branch sales, budgets, operating costs and overall commercial performance.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop relationships with customers.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain stock control.
• Maintain high standards of branch presentation and customer experience.
• Lead and support the branch team with clear communication and a positive environment.
• Monitor performance against targets and implement improvements.
• Ensure administration, reporting and operational requirements are completed accurately.
