Job summary

Corporate Access Limited in Ireland is seeking a National Business Development Manager to drive growth across regional Ireland. This field-based, autonomous role requires regular travel to meet clients and collaborate with the Dublin and Waterford teams.

You will own an agreed portfolio, generate new opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts and increase work from existing clients by presenting Legal Search Box solutions and delivering compelling demonstrations.

Qualifications

• You will have a track record of personally generating new business and converting customer relationships into recurring revenue.
• You should be comfortable creating your own pipeline, managing your diary and working with substantial independence.
• Experience selling services or technology to Irish law firms would be valuable.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities with regional and mid-market solicitor firms, including practices working in conveyancing, property, banking, probate and related areas.
• Build relationships with partners, solicitors, legal executives and practice managers.
• Arrange and lead regular face-to-face meetings, presentations and service demonstrations.
• Win new customers and convert first instructions into sustained, repeat business.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and grow our share of work within assigned existing clients.
• Introduce customers to Legal Search Box and support its adoption.
• Build and maintain a clear pipeline, with accurate records, forecasts and agreed next steps.
• Gather useful market intelligence on customer needs, competitors and opportunities for service development.
• Work closely with operations to ensure customer commitments are practical and delivered.
• Represent Corporate Access at relevant legal and professional events.
