Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a National Sales Manager for Flooring & Interiors to lead a four-person field team across Ireland. You will drive sales of carpet tiles, LVT, entrance matting, and other flooring solutions, partnering with architects, interior designers, and main contractors.

The role focuses on specification sales with a track record of mentoring teams, strategic thinking, and IT literacy. A strong industry network and leadership are essential for growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing field sales professionals.
• Experience in flooring/interiors or related building products preferred.
• Strong understanding of specification field sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a four-person field sales team covering Ireland.
• Lead key accounts while supporting client manufacturers' flooring range.
• Target commercial offices and related sectors; visit architects/interiors.
• Mentor, train and motivate the team; manage ~€7m turnover.
