National Accounts Development Manager – Unilever
Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days in the office/field per week)Contract: 12 months fixed term contract with the potential to lead to permanent opportunities
Salary: Up to €70k per annum including mileages allowance.
We are seeking a passionate and high-performing National Accounts Development Manager to drive growth across Unilever’s Homecare business in Ireland. You will play a critical role in developing and executing customer business plans, strengthening key customer partnerships, and delivering category growth through insight-led, shopper-focused strategies.
What you will be doing:
As a National Accounts Development Manager, you will lead the relationship between Unilever and key retail customers within the Homecare category, ensuring excellent customer experience while delivering strong commercial results.
You will be responsible for developing category-level business plans, driving joint growth strategies, and working closely with buying teams, supply chain, shopper marketing, and internal category and brand teams.
