Job summary

Sodexo Group in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an organised Office Manager who speaks Mandarin to support hard and soft facilities services across multiple client sites. The role involves coordinating up to 20 staff and managing day-to-day facilities needs with travel between sites.

Ideal candidates will have Mandarin fluency, experience coordinating facilities operations across multiple sites, and strong skills in health & safety, audits and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and experience coordinating facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Strong facilities coordination, people management and customer service skills.
• Experience with both technical and workplace/soft services and contractor management.
• Proven ability to lead, schedule or manage teams and work to safety, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day hard FM services including maintenance, inspections and utilities.
• Coordinate soft services such as cleaning, reception, waste and events.
• Lead and coach a multi-site team; manage performance.
• Act as main point of contact for facilities queries, work orders and escalations.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate contractor access, permits, inductions, risk assessments and MSA.
• Maintain accurate operational, compliance and service records.
• Support audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, schedules, staffing, supplies and expenditure.
• Support purchasing, deliveries, invoices and inventory controls.
• Coordinate site meetings, moves, events and business continuity activities.
• Promote Health & Safety, environmental and service standards.
