WR Logistics in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our Irish customer base with tailor-made multimodal freight solutions. You will identify opportunities across air, sea and road, build relationships with SMEs to multinationals, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role offers up to €90,000 salary plus an excellent commission scheme within an established international logistics business with a broad global network.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development within freight forwarding or the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of multimodal freight, ideally covering air, sea and road services.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a solid grasp of pricing, profitability and gross profit.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to develop new markets independently.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across air, sea and road freight.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, from SMEs to large organisations.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet customers' international supply chain requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service.
