In this entry-level role, you will spearhead outreach to public companies, introduce our equity compensation platform, and schedule meetings with decision makers and field sales reps. You will build core commercial skills through structured onboarding and coaching, with a KPI-driven environment and clear career growth paths.

Qualifications

• Motivated, driven with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to target companies via phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations and generate interest.
• Qualify initial interest and book meetings for you and a Field Sales Representative (leads will be provided).
• Keep accurate activity notes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Use outreach and research tools (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zoom) to improve your approach with coaching.
• Work towards clear KPI-driven goals with team support.
