Workday in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our expanding EMEA team. You will proactively build relationships with new customers, working closely with accounts management to develop sales activity and position Workday as a leading solution.

Ideal candidates have advanced Dutch and English, at least 1 year in sales or related fields, and the ability to communicate crisply and build trust with prospects.

Qualifications

• Advanced language skills in Dutch and English.
• 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply consultative selling to initiate relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth.
