Job summary

Four Star Pizza is seeking a Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee and support the operations of stores across the island. This is a multi-site, hands-on role based in Dublin, requiring travel between locations and close collaboration with franchisees, store managers and teams.

You will drive store performance, staff development and local marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise or multi-site retail/hospitality settings.
• Proven leadership with staff development and coaching.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across five franchise locations.
• Visit stores regularly and work with franchisees and managers.
• Maintain high food quality, hygiene and service standards.
• Provide hands-on support inside stores during peak periods.
• Train, coach and develop store managers and teams.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor sales, labour, stock, waste and productivity.
• Help franchisees grow sales, profitability and customer experience.
• Support staff onboarding and performance improvement.
• Conduct store reviews and ensure action plans are followed.
• Plan and support local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to boost local engagement and brand awareness.
• Maintain strong communication between franchisees, teams and management.
• Ensure consistent brand and operational standards across all stores.
