Four Star Pizza in Newbridge is hiring team members for a hands-on role involving pizza preparation, serving customers and handling orders. You will contribute to a great customer experience in a busy store environment.

Job Description

At Four Star Pizza, our team members are at the heart of everything we do. From creating great-tasting pizzas to delivering friendly service, you will play a key role in making sure every customer has a great experience. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our new Four Star Pizza store in Newbridge. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. One shift you might be preparing pizzas and ingredients, while another could involve serving customers, taking orders or helping keep the store running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and like being part of a team, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing pizzas and other menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
• Serving customers at the counter, by phone and through online ordering platforms
• Delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Handling cash, card and online transactions accurately
• Following all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Supporting with stock, deliveries and general store organisation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout your shift
• Working closely with colleagues, supervisors and managers to keep service smooth and efficient during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure during busy periods
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
• Previous hospitality, takeaway, restaurant or retail experience is helpful but not essential
• A willingness to learn – full training will be provided
