Job summary

Four Star Pizza is seeking a Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee and support the operations of stores across the island. This is a multi-site, hands-on role based in Dublin, requiring travel between locations and close collaboration with franchisees, store managers and teams.

You will drive store performance, staff development and local marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.

Location: Dublin – Multi-Site Role

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on and commercially focused Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee and support the operations of Four Star Pizza stores across island. This is a multi-site, hands-on role. You will work closely with franchisees, store managers and team members to maintain high operational standards, develop staff, improve store performance and support local marketing activities. You must be comfortable working directly inside the stores when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations across five franchise locations.
• Regularly visit stores and work closely with franchisees and store managers.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service and overall store operations.
• Provide hands-on support inside stores when required, particularly during busy periods.
• Train, coach and develop store managers and team members.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor store performance, sales, labour costs, stock control, waste and productivity.
• Help franchisees improve sales, profitability and customer experience.
• Support staff onboarding, training and performance improvement.
• Conduct regular store reviews and ensure agreed actions are implemented.
• Plan and support local marketing campaigns, promotions and social media activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase local sales, customer engagement and brand awareness.

Key Requirements

• Full valid driving licence is essential – regular travel between our stores is required.
• Applicant must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, training and people-management skills.
• Previous experience in multi-site operations, franchise management, QSR, hospitality, food service or retail management is highly desirable.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of sales, costs and profitability.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local marketing, promotions and social media is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Flexible and willing to provide hands-on support to stores when required.
