• Coaches, counsels and develops Assistant and Trainee managers into self-sufficiency.

• Prepares and delivers presentations to key stakeholders.
• Leads recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, and HR planning.
• Produces international market analysis and feasibility reports.
• Handles employee relations and customer complaints with potential business impact.
• Develops detailed business plans for international market entry.
• Leads community engagement and goodwill activities.
