Job summary

The Address Collective in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Cluster HR Generalist to support hotel teams across all HR functions under the guidance of the HR Manager. The role covers recruitment, training, employee relations, health & safety, and policy administration across multiple properties.

You will partner with Heads of Department, deliver induction, manage training programmes, and foster an engaging workplace culture across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment.
• Understanding of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and support managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection: manage recruitment with heads of department and ensure compliant and fair procedures.
• Training & Development: lead training, conduct needs analysis, and manage performance development reviews.
• Employee Relations: handle ER/IR issues, policies, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
• Health & Safety: ensure training and maintain safety statements and handbook.
