Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Bar/Restaurant Manager to oversee daily hotel F&B operations on-site. You will lead the team, manage service excellence, drive financial targets, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bar management experience in hotels in Ireland, with proven leadership in rostering, stock control and cash handling. A hands-on leader focused on guest experience and service standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Bar Management experience in hotels in Ireland.
• Experience managing busy Food & Beverage operations, events including large conferences and banquets.
• Proven management experience in rostering, ordering, stocktaking, tills and cash management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of restaurant and bar operations while ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead, support and supervise F&B team during service.
• Ensure high standard of customer service and guest care at all times.
• Conduct regular team briefings and communicate service expectations and updates.
• Train, coach and develop team members to maintain service standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP, health and safety regulations.
