We are seeking German-speaking professionals to join our multinational client asMulti-Channel Quality Expert Reviewerswith theirDublin team. This role is fully onsite and requires candidates with previous content moderation experience. You will support quality reviews of client workflows across multiple channels, ensuring compliance with safety and community standards.

Location: Dublin City Centre (Onsite)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, fully flexible Mon–Sun 08:00–19:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for quality reviewing client workflows, including but not limited to:
• Content Moderation:
  • Violence or credible threats of violence
  • Self-harm promotion
  • Fraud, theft, or illegal goods
  • Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
  • Hate speech, bullying, phishing, spam, malware
  • Other categories as defined in the service guidelines
• ID Review & Authenticity/Access Flows
• Escalations as required
• Support workflows in Special Ops/Global Risk Ops, including:
  • HERO (viral/meme content)
  • DOI (Dangerous Organization content)
• Apply high cultural awareness and understanding of political/social context for nuanced policy decisions in accordance with client standards.

Requirements:

This role is fully office-based, with no remote option.

No holiday requests during the first 8 weeks due to training.
