Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 6 months content moderation experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin City Centre.
• Willingness to complete 4-week onsite training.
• Pass Right to Work, Criminal Record, Credit, and other checks.

Responsibilities

• Quality review client workflows across multiple channels.
• Moderate content including violence, self-harm, fraud, hate speech, privacy violations.
• Review IDs and authenticity/ access flows; handle escalations.
• Support Special Ops/Global Risk Ops workflows (HERO, DOI).
• Apply high cultural awareness for nuanced policy decisions.
