Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deal with policy indemnity and liability to settle claims while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling costs.
• Establish and maintain reserves; ensure prudent reserving policy is followed.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, loss adjusters and solicitors; support fraud indicators review.
