Brightwater Recruitment in Limerick is seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our growing financial services client. You will provide regulated mortgage advice and guide clients through the home-buying process, from initial consultation to loan drawdown.

Ideal candidates are QFA-qualified or working towards QFA, with 3–5 years’ experience in the Irish mortgage market. You’ll work with lenders, maintain compliant files, and deliver excellent client service in a collaborative team.

Competenze

Must be QFA qualified, pursuing QFA, or APA qualified.
3–5 years’ experience in Irish mortgage advice.
Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products and lender criteria.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

Deliver regulated mortgage advice under Central Bank of Ireland rules.
Complete client fact-finds, assess affordability and borrowing needs.
Recommend mortgage solutions for first-time buyers, movers, switches and remortgages.
Oversee applications from enquiry to drawdown.
Maintain client files and AML/GDPR compliance.
Pursue business development, sales and service targets.
Monitor changes in mortgage lending criteria and regulation.
Maintain ongoing CPD and qualifications.
