Lowquotes.ie provide solutions for clients Financial needs such as Life Insurance, Pensions, Savings & Investments & Mortgages. We specialise in online and telephone consultations. We are leading the way in Mortgages. We utilise a state-of-the-art online application system for Mortgages, allowing the customer to fill in their own application and upload supporting documents to their online portal.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an ambitious and adaptable individual to fill the role of Mortgage Advisor in a Leading Mortgage Broker, focusing on providing first class mortgage advice and solutions to new and existing customers through online and telephone consultations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a client base derived from new Mortgage enquiries via our online marketing activities.
• Provide first class Mortgage advice over the phone and by email.
• Liaising and negotiating with banks and lenders, sourcing the best loan offer for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and ensuring that you communicate with them on a regular basis, ensuring you are clear and precise on the next steps.
• Assessing financial circumstances & credit history.
• Ensure all internal procedures, banking/financial legislation and industry regulations are followed strictly and efficiently.
• Maintaining up to date market knowledge and information on all mortgage products and mortgage related products.
• Identify & generate cross-selling opportunities for Protection, Pensions, Savings & Investments (Training provided).

Qualifications

• Ideally QFA Certified (Minimum APA Loans).

Required Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Mortgage products & compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills working in a fast paced sales office.
• Exemplary attention to detail and motivated to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Confident negotiation, influencing and closing capabilities with an excellent telephone manner.

Preferred Skills

• Mortgage Advisor: 1 year (preferred).
• 1+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor in an Mortgage Brokerage (Distinct advantage).
