Job summary

The Bloody Stream in Dublin is seeking a warm, guest-focused wait staff member to join our front-of-house team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals and drinks, and ensure a smooth service flow in a busy, historic setting.

We value friendly, professional team players with good communication and attention to detail, available for weekday morning shifts. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, and a pride in delivering excellent guest experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills.
• Available to work mornings shifts - Monday to Friday.
• Comfortable working as part of a busy team.
• Good attention to detail and pride in guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat and look after guests throughout their visit.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen / bar.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking guests are happy with their order.
• Set up and reset tables/sections to the unit’s standard before, during and after service.
• Handle guest queries, requests and any complaints professionally, escalating where needed.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the floor, service areas and equipment.
