Gourmet Food Parlour in Dublin city centre is seeking experienced and friendly full-time and part-time Front of House waiting staff to join our team at Brown Thomas location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a wait staff or in a similar front-of-house role.
• Knowledge of cash registers and EPOS or ordering systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and lead them to their seats.
• Describe menus, dishes and drinks, and make recommendations.
• Take orders and process correctly through EPOS.
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain a section of the restaurant and ensure service quality.
• Adhere to HACCP food safety standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues calmly.
• Deliver checks and process payments; collaborate with staff.
