Job summary

Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking experienced and friendly Front of House waiting staff for our Brown Thomas Dublin city centre location, with both full-time and part-time options. We value people who come to work excitedly, want to develop with the brand, and tackle daily challenges.

You will welcome customers, describe dishes and drinks, take orders, serve promptly, and ensure high standards while managing busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a wait staff or similar role.
• Knowledge of cash register and EPOS system.
• Customer oriented approach with strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and lead them to their seats.
• Describe menus and drinks, make recommendations.
• Take orders and process through the EPOS system.
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and handle customer requests.
