Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Moderation Operations Manager to lead distributed moderation teams, guide governance, and partner with Product, Community, and Player Safety to enhance safety across its global franchises.

Reporting to the Director of Moderation Operations, this role focuses on piloting new moderation capabilities, scaling external partnerships, and using data to improve workflows and overall player safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing operational teams in content moderation, trust and safety.
• Experience using data and insights to refine processes and measure outcomes.
• Experience partnering with multiple teams to shape and scale moderation workflows, channels and tools.
• Degree in business, operations, management, or technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities
