Electronic Arts is seeking a Moderation Operations Manager to lead distributed moderation teams, guide governance, and partner with Product, Community, and Player Safety to enhance safety across its global franchises.
Reporting to the Director of Moderation Operations, this role focuses on piloting new moderation capabilities, scaling external partnerships, and using data to improve workflows and overall player safety.
