• You will manage quality, governance, escalation, and workflow improvements, using operational data to refine processes and increase impact.
• You will partner with multiple teams, including Product, Community, and Player Safety, to improve moderation workflows and tools.
• You will guide pilots and scale new moderation capabilities, ensuring safe transitions to external partners and responsible use of AI and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing operational teams in content moderation, trust and safety, online safety, or similar high-risk environments.
• Experience improving moderation operations by using data and insights to refine processes and measure outcomes.
• Experience partnering with multiple teams to shape and scale new moderation workflows, channels, and tools.
• Relevant operational leadership experience; degree in business, operations, management, or technology is beneficial.
