State Street is seeking a Middle Office, Associate 2 to oversee teams handling trade processing and confirmation. You will monitor daily trade files, assist with confirmations across EMEA, US, APAC, and ensure timely resolution of issues with clients and brokers.

You will also manage trade exports, settlements, reconciliations and pricing with third party sources, while reporting to the Ireland office and spotting unusual activity per policy.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business-related area (minimum 2.2 honors degree
• IT literate or proficient with office software

Responsabilidades

• Monitor trade file processing and ensure timely handling of daily trade files
• Participate in trade confirmation and reporting for OTC trades across regions
• Assist in trade exports and settlement instructions
• Oversee reconciliations and follow up on breaks in hub locations
• Ensure daily pricing from approved third party sources
• Report daily status to Ireland Office and escalate issues promptly
• Identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity per policy and report accordingly
