Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the EMEA middle office loan team in Drogheda, Ireland. You will process daily fund trade files, confirm loans against LMA/LSTA documentation, and manage the loan lifecycle, including interest and drawdowns, while coordinating with NAV and client teams.

The role requires strong numerical ability, IT literacy, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines. Experience with Geneva and Wall Street Office Applications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate IT literate degree in Accounting or Finance or Business area with minimum 2.2 honours.
• Bank loan product knowledge favorable but not essential.
• Experience with Geneva and/or Wall Street Office Applications favorable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Trade File Processing: daily processing of trade files transmitted by the Fund on trade-date.
• Trade Confirmation: verify loan trades to LMA/LSTA documentation and process settlement per funding memos.
• Trade Lifecycle management: verify and process interest, paydowns, PIK, and draws to agent notices.
• Reconciliations: review and resolve daily reconciliation breaks with client and NAV teams.
• Pricing: ensure loans price according to the pricing matrix; identify suspicious activity per procedures.
