Job summary

PIMCO in Dublin is seeking a Middle Office Associate to support OTC and non-OTC trades, including bonds, FX, derivatives, repos and swaps. You will interact with Portfolio Managers and brokers, ensure accurate trade capture, and provide timely settlement escalations.

You will coordinate with the Dublin and Newport Beach offices, monitoring the in-house STP system and generating daily trade-flow reports. Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within Asset Management or Investment Banking.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with Portfolio Managers, Compliance, and Investment Operations.
• Monitor proprietary trade capture system and ensure accurate trade tickets.
• Complete initial broker confirmations for trades executed.
• Trade floor support: run daily trade-flow and ad-hoc reports.
• Escalation contact for trade settlement with back-office functions.
• Engage with Brokers and State Street as an escalation point.
