Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within Asset Management or Investment Banking.
• Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work a shifting pattern and cooperate across offices.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with Portfolio Managers, Compliance, and Investment Operations.
• Monitor proprietary trade capture system for accuracy and completeness of tickets.
• Complete initial broker confirmations for trades executed in London office.
• Trade floor support: run daily trade-flow reports and ad hoc reports for Portfolio Management.
• Escalation contact for trade settlement; liaise with State Street and brokers as needed.
• Collaborate across Dublin and Newport Beach offices to ensure smooth operations.
