Job summary

State Street in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Middle Office Analyst to support the loan operations across EMEA and the US, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to accurate trade processing and lifecycle management.

You will process trade files, confirm trades against LMA/LSTA, manage lifecycle events and perform reconciliations while maintaining pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate and IT literate.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business-related field with 2.2 honors.
• Experience with loan products is favorable but not required.
• Familiarity with Geneva and Wall Street Office Applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process trade files transmitted daily on trade-date.
• Verify loan trades to LMA/LSTA documentation and process settlement.
• Manage loan lifecycle events (Interest, Paydowns, PIK, Drawdowns) and notices.
• Review and resolve daily reconciliations by liaising with client and NAV teams.
• Ensure loans are priced in accordance with the pricing matrix.
