Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to support a major global technology organisation on a customer‑facing AI transformation programme across Ireland and the UK.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, adopt and scale Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agents, ensuring solutions are secure, governed and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect | AI & M365

Ireland & UK

I’m looking for an experienced Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to support a major global technology organisation on a highly customer-facing AI transformation programme.

This is not purely an architecture role. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to help them deploy, adopt and scale Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agents, ensuring solutions are secure, governed and delivering measurable business value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive adoption and consumption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and AI Agents
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners and senior stakeholders
• Design and support Copilot Studio and Agentic AI solutions
• Help customers progress from initial Copilot deployment through to advanced enterprise adoption
• Remove blockers across identity, security, compliance, governance, licensing and data access
• Advise on AI readiness, information protection and responsible AI governance
• Support adoption and change management strategies
• Use Copilot analytics and adoption insights to demonstrate business value and ROI
• Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders around AI transformation
• Coordinate technical delivery across customers, partners and wider delivery teams

Core experience required

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience deploying and driving enterprise Copilot adoption
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 architecture and administration background
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and Identity Governance
• Strong Microsoft Purview experience including DLP, sensitivity labels and data security
• Experience with SharePoint Advanced Management
• Understanding of AI governance, data security and oversharing risks
• Strong adoption and change management capability
• Enterprise customer‑facing consulting or architecture experience
• Comfortable presenting to CxO-level stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate technical capability into measurable business outcomes

Certifications (Ideally):

• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• SC-401: Information Security Administrator
• AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
• AB-730: AI Business Professional

This would suit someone coming from a Cloud Solution Architect, Copilot Architect, M365 Architect, Modern Work Architect or AI Solution Architect background who combines strong technical depth with customer adoption and stakeholder engagement.
