Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to support a major global technology organisation on a customer‑facing AI transformation programme across Ireland and the UK.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, adopt and scale Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agents, ensuring solutions are secure, governed and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot deployment.
• Proven enterprise adoption and change management success.
• Strong architecture background for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
• Ability to engage with CxO stakeholders.
• Security, governance, and data protection expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise Copilot adoption and ROI measurement.
• Design and support Copilot Studio and AI Agent solutions.
• Lead customer engagements and present to CxO-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery with partners and delivery teams.
• Advise on identity, security, governance, and licensing.
• Contribute to AI readiness and responsible AI governance.
