Job summary

TEKsystems in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Digital Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Solutions to lead customers through their AI transformation journeys. This remote role involves designing, deploying, and scaling Copilot and agentic AI solutions, with 9:00–18:00 BST working hours from anywhere in Ireland.

You will be a strategic trusted advisor to enterprise and SMB clients, partnering with internal teams and partners to drive AI adoption, governance, security, and measurable business

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in cloud or infrastructure, IT consulting, or related roles.
• 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with stakeholder management.
• 5+ years delivering customer technical projects with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and usage of Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI solutions.
• Develop customer success plans aligned to business outcomes.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for Copilot and agents.
• Provide guidance on architecture, security, and governance.
• Identify blockers and collaborate across teams to enable deployment.
• Advise on AI readiness, data security, and compliance.
