Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to lead membership growth, enhance member engagement and drive the club's commercial success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will steer sales activity, coach the team and ensure seamless member journeys from enquiry to loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximise club performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership or customer-focused leadership.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
