Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Ireland seeks a Head Coach to lead the fitness experience within the club. You will manage coaching, programming and member engagement while delivering strong commercial results.

You will develop a high-performing team, oversee Move, ReDefine, Personal Training and Group Training, and drive participation and member outcomes through innovative programming. This role requires leadership, energy and a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Personal Training and Group Training
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of fitness business performance
• Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience leading or mentoring fitness teams
• Experience managing fitness programmes or group training products
• Understanding of member retention and engagement strategies
• Knowledge of emerging fitness trends and industry innovations

Responsibilities

• Lead the fitness experience within your club, coaching and programming to deliver exceptional member outcomes
• Develop and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to build a high-performing team
• Drive member engagement and retention through innovative programming and services
• Grow revenue across PT, REDEFINE, memberships and secondary spend
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safety and operational excellence across gym floors
