The Role

We're hiring a Gym Membership Advisor to work our incoming leads and convert them into paying members. Leads come from paid ads, social media, events, organic enquiries, and referrals — your job is to get on the phone, build rapport fast, and sell a Tailormade membership. This is a target-driven, phone-heavy sales role for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, handle objections, and close.

You’ll be responsible for calling and following up every lead that comes in, booking tours/consultations, closing sales, and keeping our CRM airtight so no lead falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Call every new lead promptly (paid ads, social media, events, organic, referrals) and qualify them
• Follow up on leads that don’t answer the first call
• Book and confirm consultations
• Handle objections confidently and close memberships over the phone and in person
• Hit weekly and monthly call volume and membership sales targets
• Log every call, outcome, and next step accurately in our CRM
• Represent Tailormade’s culture, standards, and values on every call
• Work closely with coaching and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover once a member signs up

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in phone sales or a target-driven sales role (gym/fitness industry experience is a plus but not essential)
• Confident on the phone — able to build rapport quickly and handle objections without getting rattled
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience around targets and rejection
• Organised, with excellent follow-through — you don’t let a lead go cold
• Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
• Comfortable using CRM/booking software (training provided)

Pay: €28,696.00-€35,000.00 per year
