Job summary

Tipperary Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Officer to join our branch network in Tipperary. The role may require travel across branches and Saturday rosters.

You will deliver high standards of member service, maintain accurate records in line with data policies and AML legislation, and support colleagues in a busy financial services environment.

We provide training to become a qualified financial advisor; QFA or CUA studies can be undertaken after starting.

Qualifications

• QFA or CUA qualification or willingness to commence studies.
• Minimum of one year experience in a financial regulated, customer facing environment.
• Excellent verbal, numerical and written skills; ability to update member data under AML legislation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary member service and maintain accurate records per policies and procedures.
• Update member data in line with AML legislation.
• Communicate effectively face-to-face, on the phone and by email.
• Support training to become a qualified financial advisor.
