Job summary

Singapore Cricket Club in Singapore is seeking an Events Executive to join our Member Engagement team. You will plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of club events and member activities, manage registrations and coordinate with internal departments and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Event Management with at least three years of experience, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Event Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event planning or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays to support Club events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of Club events and member engagement activities.
• Manage assigned interest groups and member sections.
• Coordinate event logistics with internal departments, vendors and service providers.
• Manage event registrations and respond to member inquiries promptly.
• Prepare event orders, purchase orders, reports and meeting materials.
• Record meeting minutes for committee meetings.
• Update event materials across the Club's platforms (website, digital signages).
• Collaborate with Catering Sales and Operations to ensure successful events.
• Maintain filing, documentation and inventory records for the Events Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
