Job summary

The Club is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional hospitality. You will manage daily operations, develop membership and events, lead the team, and maximise profitability.

Plan and manage group events and enquiries, motivate staff, coordinate promotions, and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining health and safety, budgets, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Pub/Club Manager or in a similar management role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and club/membership operations.
• Experience in managing events, memberships, budgets and operational performance.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Salary

S$10,000 - S$16,000 per month
