Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Expert Team Lead, Medicine in Ireland to lead a team producing high-quality medical-domain training data and evaluations. You will combine clinical expertise with leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to set and enforce data-quality standards at scale.

You will collaborate with Human Data and Engineering teams to translate model requirements into labeling strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while developing a high-accountability team

Qualifications

• Hands-on data labeling or AI training experience in a medical domain.
• Understanding of AI concepts and how data quality affects models.
• Clinical degree or related medical/health discipline required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Previous people-management or team-leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with distributed teams and KPI-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with project tools like Notion, JIRA, Linear.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for data projects, reviewing medical-domain data.
• Lead, coach, and manage AI Tutors with performance reviews and training.
• Participate in labeling/review activities to maintain high standards.
• Maintain QA processes, taxonomy, and adherence to guidelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Track performance with KPI dashboards (quality, throughput, send-back rates).
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers and Engineering on labeling strategies.
• Support talent development and uphold accountability in a high-performance culture.
• Document outcomes, recommend process improvements, and report status.
• Represent AI Tutors’ needs across the Human Data organization.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
