Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner seeks a Head of Data Practitioner based in Ireland. This senior consulting leadership role focuses on turning data opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

You will lead data strategy, modern data platforms, governance, analytics, and AI enablement, guiding engagements from diagnosis to execution. You will build trusted relationships with senior technology and business leaders, shaping operating models, investment priorities, and delivery roadmaps

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex data engagements and senior client relationships.
• Strong consulting capabilities in data strategy, transformation or related advisory fields.
• Deep expertise across modern data platforms, governance, analytics or AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships with CDOs/CTOs/CIOs and other executives.
• Lead development of data strategies aligning business priorities with capabilities and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage data transformation initiatives including governance, quality, and data products.
• Structure ambiguous data problems, develop hypotheses, and drive actionable plans.
• Translate analysis into clear executive recommendations and decisions.
• Bridge business, technology, and data perspectives to reflect priorities and feasibility.
• Connect data initiatives to value-creation economics and investment requirements.
• Lead engagements from strategy to execution with prioritised actions and timelines.
