Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Ireland is seeking an Expert Team Lead, Medicine to direct a high-accuracy data production team for AI training and evaluation. You will combine clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring quality, throughput, and adherence to guidelines across the medical-data workflow.

You will mentor AI Tutors, collaborate with Human Data and Engineering teams, and drive process improvements while maintaining a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or a clinical field is required.
• Experience leading teams and coaching performance is preferred.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, reviewing medical-domain work for accuracy and adherence.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors through reviews and training.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain high standards.
• Maintain quality assurance processes, taxonomy management, and adherence to guidelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Track team and project performance through KPI dashboards.
