Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is recruiting a Mechanical Package Manager to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Frankfurt. You will lead the delivery of mechanical packages, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure milestones are achieved.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering or related field, 5+ years' experience on large-scale projects, and strong knowledge of HVAC and building services installations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• 5+ years' experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical building services installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities, and project programmes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of mechanical packages across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet milestones.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, RFIs, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor installation progress, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Work with construction, engineering, commissioning and client teams.
• Manage package budgets, resources, and reporting.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and contractual requirements are met.

Manage the delivery of mechanical packages across a large-scale Data Centre project. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage package budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
